Please note that you will need to enclose the a £50.00 Registration Fee with your Form.
We always try our very best to fit families in, but we want to let you know that, unfortunately, completing a Registration Form does not guarantee you a place at Teddy Wilf’s. However, we will contact you in the event we cannot offer you the sessions you have indicated on the form. Our Head Office Team will discuss the options with you, but this will normally involve offering you alternative sessions, offering to pop you on a Waiting List or we will return your Administration Fee if we are unable to offer you any sessions which suit your needs.

Please remember that our Parklands and Witterings Nurseries are closed during the School Holidays and there may be a delay in receiving your form unless you send it to our Head Office address.
